Domestic orders over 700 INR across India are shipped for free! For orders up to 699 INR, we charge a convenience fee of 89 INR.

Our packaging team is experienced with multi-layer packaging, especially fragile items, that include thick corrugated boxes, foam or thermocol sheets, bubble wrap and ample fragile markings. We have also executed multiple tests involving packing of fragile items, and incorporated the best of industry standards. 

However, we are sorry if any delivery service partner undertakes any malpractices, for which we have limited control. In the very rare and unlikely circumstances that this happens, please read our Shipping and Returns Policy, or write to us at info@birdyhomedesign.com and we will do our best to accommodate your refund or exchange.

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. Interstate orders generally arrive within 3 - 10  business days whereas orders within Delhi NCR can arrive in 1-2 days. 

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment which can provide further clarification.

Orders are not shipped internationally by default on the website currently. However if you are visiting our website from outside of India and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@birdyhomedesign.com or on Whatsapp +91 9315789466, and we will be happy to arrange for product delivery.

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No Cost EMI options are available for ICICI card holders at Checkout. We also accept Google Pay and all other major UPI options. Cash on Delivery is acceptable for orders within Gurugram and Delhi.

Yes ! However some items are handmade and may vary slightly from the photo (mentioned in the description of the product).
